Any fans of this remarkable actress ( a survivor of the Nazi holocaust and then had to escape from East Berlin), who had a very successful career as the female face of British horror, starring in such acclaimed films as The Vampire Lovers( a very daring film about a lesbian vampire), Countess Dracula and The Wicker Man. Also she is well known as the undercover agent Heidi in Where Eagles Dare, which gave her a major break, and for appearances in Doctor Who and Thriller. Also, unlike many major actors, she was devoted to her fans, and died on her way to a fan convention.
Awaty from acting, Miss Pitt was an expert on cricket, writing a column for The Cricketer, a columnist on numerous websites, a pilot and a black belt in karate. Not many actresses can claim these many interests.

Not many actresses can claim to have done that.

Bet you like Madeline Smith and Anulka Dzubianka. Actually all these British horrors of that era seem to feature very well endowed ladies.

Oh yes, there was seldom a bad looking woman in these films. However, on acting grounds, Ingrid Pitt's horrors stand up well, even though part of the attraction was her appearance.
