If I use the BBC website with javascript enabled and look at an article it jumps from the newspage to a blank page.
If I disable javascript it works perfectly. It also screws up other pages including parts of DS. Can anyone help with what to do?

old version of firefox on an old OSX, 10.5.8
my solution
1 - used safari
2- alerted the BBC
What version? No problems with BBC site or DS here in latest version of Firefox.
What happens if you run Firefox in safe mode?
How do I check which version of firefox I have?
Open Firefox and click 'help' and 'about Firefox' , the latest version is 21.
I've got 3.6.3.
A wee bit out of date then, I would suggest downloading the latest Firefox setup onto your desktop, remove the old version and install the new one.
Can't I just upgrade my current one so I don't lose all my bookmarks?
Try this, because your Firefox is so out of date it may not upgrade to the new version in one go.
Thanks for that.
