Tiwttmos, thanks for pointing that one out, love it too!
The OCP boss over hears his employees mocking him in the loo, comes out and snarls:
"I used to call the boss names at work behind his back too, hell, I once even called him AAAaaIRRR(!) head!"
Pure comedy gold. Not forced and obviously overdubbed at all. I used to love it when ITV used US TV edited film cuts. Film fans had to ruin it by complaining that they wanted to film how it was at the pictures. Spoil sports...
Only topped by the Tango and Cash cut they used to use where a wonky English cock-or-ney accented villain says:
"You FOOOO-LISH wayne-kerr!
Mmmm wonder what F word that was replacing? I just don't know, I'm too innocent.
ITV, please use these crap overdubbed edited version again, they were brill!
Head over to youtube and look at Robocop re-dubbed for tv. Lots of hillarious clips of the edited and unedited version!!
The Hollywood Reporter reveals that Samuel L. Jackson - who most recently played Nick Fury in Marvel's The Avengers - is joining the cast of MGM's RoboCop reboot, which begins production this September. Joel Kinnaman (The Killing) is set to star as cop Alex Murphy, while Gary Oldman (Commissioner Gordon in Chris Nolan's Batman films) will play Murphy's scientist-creator Norton.
The site says that Jackson will play Pat Novak, "a charismatic TV mogul and a powerful force in the RoboCop world." Jose Padilha is set to direct the reboot, which will be produced by Strike Entertainment’s Marc Abraham and Eric Newman. Jackson is currently filming Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained.

There's a very funny dave chappelle skit about samuel l jackson on youtube
Nobody, and I really do mean NOBODY will come anywhere close to the astounding performance Kurtwood Smith gave as Clarence Boddicker. One of the greatest villains in film history.
Indeed. Nobody else could have delivered the line, “Bitches....Leave” with such relish.
.....
Does Sam Jackson ever turn anything down? Julie Walters refuses more work than he does!
Artist Mike Jensen had posted on his website the concept art he was asked to do for "a major motion picture remake". He has since taken the pictures down, but they are still on the server. If you really want to have your dreams shattered, have a look at this...

Frenetic action but no rawness, predictable, stiff and filled with polished CGI.
Jesus wept... I'm no longer interested in this.... It sounds absolutely AWFUL
Reminds me of this....Harry Enfields Badfellahs...TV version
