FreeView Issues after 12PM

My kitchen TV works on all freeview channels till about 12PM and then I only get the BBC ones as good picture.
So ITV etc you get a scrambled pic as do Ch4,5 etc but BBC1-2-3 etc etc are all fine.
Tried a re-set etc (3 times) but still the same. In Glagow any ideas??
