New Led Smart TV LG

Hi,

I've only had this TV a day and I've been getting 'unstable network or server' this evening when trying to sign in to LG Smart World.

I registered an account through the TV fine yesterday.

It also says that 'Premium service is affected by your internet connection. Contact your internet service provider for internet connection problems'

My internet is working fine as I have watched BBC iplayer from the TV and I just played Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer.

Can anyone offer any advice? :confused:

P.S. I'm connected through Ethernet.

    First thing to do is a speed test with something like speedtest.net. Do several at different times and if you can using the cable plugged into the back of the telly.

    If you get consistently decent speeds then I would doubt it is your connection. It is possible that the servers providing whatever services you are trying to access are having a bad hair day and it is their end not yours causing the slowdown.
