What I said for yesterday - veal for hubby. I fell asleep & left him with a micro curry.:o
I'm doing a broccoli, cauliflower & new potato gratin too.( low fat - cheese free).
I'm not hungry ATM but if I am I'll have a plain quorn fillet with the gratin.
King prawns, Patak Pilau microwave rice (2 packs for £1 at our local Heron's - jolly good it is too), curry sauce. 2nd night running.
Been known to scoop up the last few bits of rice and sauce using a packet of picked onion Walkers.
Yesterday's leftovers - as above, the gratin etc. I never had food last night as I wasn't hungry & felt a bit nauseous.
I might eat a small portion of the gratin & a plain quorn fillet.
