Breakfast- large mug of builders tea (tiny splash of skimmed milk and 2 sweetener tablets).

Lunch- bowl of cornflakes (skimmed milk and spoon of sweetener).

Supper - not entirely sure. Either oven baked trout or grilled chicken with vegetables. My husband and son will have brown rice with theirs.

    Didn't have any breakfast.

Weight Watchers macaroni cheese for lunch at about 12:30pm.

Weight Watchers salt & vinegar crisps some time in the afternoon.

4 pieces of Weight Watchers bread and light mayonnaise for dinner at about 7:00pm. :o

That is a lot for me to eat in one day and I feel quite sick now.

Chocolate milkshake for breakfast, 5 walnut whips, a crunchie bar, a mini Chicago Town pizza for lunch. Stir Fry for dinner. Whenever my girlfriend is at work I tend to just graze all day like a pig before having a proper meal with her in the evening. God knows how I'm not 28 stone.

7am: Egg white omlette with peppers & spinich with a mug of green tea, Protein shake

10am: 2 bananas, & a handfull of almonds, Protein shake

1pm: Chicken Kebabs, wholemeal pitta bread, stuffed with salad and spicy mayo

    3pm: Yogurt & a handfull of nuts

6pm: Beef Stew with sweet potatoes, Protein shake

10pm: Will be a casein protein shake and maybe another omlette

With the greatest of respect, I would not like to be using the bathroom after you :p. Those protein shakes can leave.... undesired bowel effects from what I hear :o.

Today, I've had my usual cups of coffee (actually only three so far, I can quite easily go through 2 pints of milk a day just through drinking the stuff!), sneaked a cone of chips whilst waiting for my brother in town and then ate 5 Ferrero Roches. To be fair, I'm still stuffed from the curry I made last night!

    I usually have a normal-ish diet:

Breakfast - toast (with honey to keep all those nasty colds away) and 2 cups of coffee

    Mid-morning - more coffee

Lunch - either more toast or a sarnie

Afternoon - 2-3 cups of coffee

Tea - Usually something with pasta or rice, not generally a big fan of chips. Oh and I drink water unless it's the weekend, in which case with wine or beer.

Evening - some chocolate or cake if there's any going. Usually followed by my last couple of coffees for the day.

If you think that is bad then you don't want to know what I've eaten today! :D

I don't eat a lot of greens but it's not because I don't like them. I've ordered some rocket from Tesco online so I'll be having that at the weekend plus some more nutritious things with vegetables in them.

I'm vegetarian so my options with Weight Watchers ready meals are pretty limited. I think macaroni cheese is the only thing I can have actually. I'm not on the Weight Watchers diet though so it doesn't really matter.
