    1) Withnail & I - First time all the way though. It was Ok but didn't think it was amazing
    2) Die Hard - Great fun - love Alan Rickman - Great death scene :)
    3) Churchill: The Hollywood Years - V. funny. Funnier than it should have been. Christian Slater is great at playing a comedy role straight as a ruler
    4) Crash (2005) - One of my favourite films ever. Even better thn the first time
    5) Brewsters Millions - V. silly - good sunday afternoon chill out

    1) Bonfire of the Vanities- I like this. The tone is unevan and the central characters are all miscast but i still find it enjoyable.

    2) Speed- Classic action movie. I still wish it had ended when Keanu and Sandy escaped the bus though. The ending feels like it's in a different film after that.

    3) Remains of the Day- Great film. Was never a fan of Merchant/Ivory films but i love this. Anthony Hopkins is brilliant towards the end of the film, so much emotion from a relatively blank expression.

    4) Say Anything- Cameron Crowe will never better this, evan Jerry Maguire can't come close.

    5) Serendipity- John Cusack again. Pure fantasy, but i enjoyed. A warm and cosy type of film.

    3) Bruce Almighty - It's okay.
    4) John Tucker Must Die - Really good.
    5) The Ring - Not very scary, but still good :D

V For Vendetta- Best film I've seen in a long time. It was amazing.

Monster House- Really enjoyed it. Quite clever.

Lady In The Water- Ok but a bit disappointing to be honest.

Lucky Number Slevin- Didn't finish it. Thought it was awful but might watch all of it and give it another chance.

Serenity- Surprisingly good. Apparently it was Jonathan Ross' film of 2005. I wouldn't go that far but it was entertaining.

    xx

Firefly geeks came out in force to vote Serenity as the best film of 2005 on the Jonathan Ross show, i don't think it was his personal film of 2005.

I AM a Firefly geek, by the way.

    1. Johnny English - The comedy was spreaded too thinley over the film basicallly relieing on Rowan Atkinson for laughs.
    2. Jackass Movie - Great abiet short movie. Can't wait for its sequal, hopefully it'll be longer.
    3. Naked Gun - A comedy classic shame it wasn't 33 1/3 because thats better. Well worth a few rewatches.
    4. Airplane! - The funniest film ever created. period.
    5. Monty python and the holy grail - Overrated film. Only two funny scenes (the duel "Its a flesh wound" scene and the crossing of the bridge 3 questions scene)

    Mine are:
    1. Beverly Hills Cop - Eddie Murphy at his best!
    2. Die Hard 3
    3. Keeping Mum - English black comedy with Rowan Atkinson and Maggie Smith, not hysterical but OK for an afternoon.
    4. Starsky and Hutch - pretty funny, Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson work well together.
    5. Jaws - the classic!!!

Pink Panther Strikes Again, has some great comedy moments but not the best in the series

A Clockwork Orange, amazingly strange film who's main character (Alex DeLarge) sounded like Eric Idle!

Mad Max Beyond the Thunderdome, wtf seems to describe it well, was okay but no where near as good as i thought

Dirty Harry: Dead Pool, great ending to a great series.

Phantom of the Opera, needed to watch it for my keyboard playing (wanted to try some Webber music) and it was actualy quite good.

Gosford Park is an amazing film. It gets better the more you watch it because there are so many subplots and stolen conversations you miss first time. :)

    1. Inside Man - Ok, but a little bit too long and 'been done before'...
    2. Snakes On A Plane - Fun, disposible film that's good for a laugh...
    3. Run Lola Run - On TV last night; about the 30000th time I've seen it, but still a classic...
    4. The Squid And The Whale - Fairly pretentious, but doesn't outstay its welcome at 77mins...
    5. Firewall - Not bad, but follows a tired formula...

These are mine, in order of most recent to least recent:

Final Destination 3: Not bad, some good death scenes, but a few of the characters made me want to gouge my eyes out, fortunately said characters died horribly so all was good.

Narnia: Loved it, not the same as the book, but they did a good job. Tilda Swinton is fabulously evil.

Pink Panther (new one with Beyoncé: ) Pleasantly surprised. Beyoncé is my goddess so I love her in everything but I enjoyed the film overall. Steve Martin was hilarious.

Exorcism Of Emily Rose: Not bad, but not as scary or interesting as I'd hoped, slightly disappointing.

Just Like Heaven: Really great rom/com, slightly predictable but pleasant enough and some good funny moments.

The Day After Tomorrow - There was a hilarious review/commentary of it on another site and I just had to sit through it again whilst giggling my head off.

The Wicker Man (original) - to explain to OH why we are NOT going to see the new one, ending still freaks the living daylights out of me.

The Boondock Saints - Stil love it, even with Willem DeFoe in a dress looking disturbingly like Jane Fonda

Harvey - staple of my life, love this film.

Monster House - taking nephews to cinema, quite good fun.

The Business - absolute garbage! Think I can sue the director for wasting my sunday afternoon?

Johnny English - got a soft spot for this one for some reason.

Transporter 2 - ridiculous, but strangely fantastic.

The Goonies - hacked up by BBC2, but still brilliant.

Lord of War - liked it. Kept me interested.
