I had no problems with my iPhone 5 at all. Then today I upgraded to ios 6.0.2 and I have huge wifi problems. It keeps dropping the connection.
Is anyone else?
Can I undo the upgrade.?

Beware their is supposed to be a huge battery drain issue with 6.0.2 when using the iPhone 5 or iPad mini.
And no doubt people will still run to the shops to get the 5S when they decide to release it.
Welcome to the real iOS6 !
My iPad went exactly the same way after going from 5 to 6.
Apple forums is full of disappointed users across iOS6 devices and it looks like this update is no better.
I get stalls and skips, poor App store (sluggish to load and scroll) and Safari plays up - loss of back button, stalling loading web pages.
Apple have royally fuc*ed up somewhere with iOS6 and its no better with this update.
They (and the store workers) are so high and mighty they refuse to accept theres a problem. The help on the forums doesn't work so its obvious its a OS issue.
how could anyone report battery drain when it had only been out for around 24 hours when you posted that? that's not long enough to judge any sort of battery drain.
I unplugged my iPhone5 from overnight charge 2 hours ago, having done the 6.0.2 update last night, and the battery percentage is still showing 100%, so I'd say the reported battery drain issues aren't across the board!
If you are having issues always try a hard reboot holding the home button & power button for 15 seconds. If it's a wifi issue reset your network settings Settings>General>Reset.
If it still continues I'm willing to bet that your phone was always been faulty or has been damaged in some way.. ie water OR it's your home wireless set up. (Try using WPA2-PSK) or investigate wifi channel interference. If you feel it is faulty don't moan about it just back it up and go into an Apple store.
So far I've not noticed any battery drain issues with the latest update. I updated the night before last.
Well for example if your battery only lasts 6 hours from a full charge then 24 hours is plenty of time!
Good to know though that people are reporting here that they are not experiencing the issue, although i don't even own an iPhone 5 or an iPad mini so if it does exist it won't effect me. lol
one 24 hour period is not enough to base any issue with battery drain - on any phone. it would need to be consistent over a period of time.
so why even comment then if you don't have one?
or were you just using the thread as an attempt to troll?
Yes, because iOS 6.0.2 has introduced so many fun and exciting features.
Says you.
Because i want to.
You tell me.
I may not own the 5 but I do own the 4S, I also own an iPad 3. So although the so called battery drain issue only effects some iPhone 5 users and iPad mini users some of those might want to be aware of the possible issue and they may decide to hold off updating their device. (After all if they update their devices and they do suffer from this so called issue then they cannot downgrade and as such may end up regretting it. Just like the WiFi bug in 6.0.1 that someone seems to think never existed!)
p.s. you should get a job as an Apple Genius, you appear to be as blind and unknowledgeable as them lol
another good bit of contribution from you there.
well done.
iOS 6.0.2 isn't for the iPhone 4, it's 5 and iPad Mini only.
because it's to fix a specific wifi issue on iPhone 5 and iPad mini
This is what pisses me off with Apple. As soon as an issue surfaces with the iPhone 5 or a newer product it gets prioritised. But as for the people who have iPhone 4 and lower and are suffering with other issues such as the 'No Service' problem since iOS6 - nothing is done about it, especially as their forums are loaded with thousands of iPhone users around the world all experiencing the same problem.
Apple seriously need to look after their customers better and stop rushing updates that are causing problems.
They aren't rushing updates. This update has only come out now because iOS 6.1 has gone to beta 4 rather than a release candidate.
This bug-fix was originally going to be part of iOS 6.1 (and is indeed incorporated in it) but with 6.1 going through further testing prior to release they wanted to get this WiFi issue fixed now rather than waiting until 6.1 is release-ready.
You're calling out Apple on not supporting older models.. they are better at it than other OS's.
What is this 'No Service' bug you speak of?
no they aren't. they give the update with most stuff disabled.
