anyone got a run down of all the doctors acting awards?they are picked for thier good acting first and foremost surely ,,curious to see a list

    Awards are on their imdb pages. John Hurt would be number one, being nominated for the best actor Oscar for The Elephant Man and nominated for the best supporting actor Oscar for Midnight Express; he won the equivalent BAFTA for those two.

    Not done bad there then.

    I would have thought it'd be Troughton or Eccleston as I'd imagine those two to be the most prolific in terms of assorted movie and tv appearances ?

    It's an old "historical" romp starring Alan Ladd with Patrick Troughton AND Peter Cushing in it...

    funny how good actors can be bad sometimes in films or tv ,,i think if there was just an award for just the doctors ,,patrick would be right up there
