but i hope top 10 even top 20....
(The lyric video is awfully bland, so I hope the actual video is a bit more creative)
I agree. I have a feeling R1 will play it too. Its already been played and discussed on the Review Show and their Swimming Pools cover was played a few times too. Plus its a really strong song. R1 has constantly supported Sugababes too, right through to Wear My Kiss.
I predict #3
By that point Keisha will have been kicked out the band for bullying, Amelle and Heidi will join and the band will be called MASH
The problem is that it isn't a very strong song for the current charts. I'm not saying that they need to go completely mainstream and loose their identity, but I think that more of a feel-good, possibly more upbeat song would have been better to re-launch the group. The song doesn't build to anything, isn't catchy, and overall: it doesn't really feel like a comeback single.
I was really looking forward to their comeback, but now I think they've got off to a false start and will find it hard to become popular again with this track. I'm still interested to see where they go with single no2 though...
I'll have a guess at #17. I'm a big Sugababes and Siobhan fan but I'm not feeling this song at all.
such an amazing song ...but I dont think it'll be popular with today's generation ...they only listen to chav music an auto tune nonsense!
I don't know why they are waiting either.. The album is finished (August 2012 Siobhan tweeted, in DS article they confirmed it again so I assume they've just kept on recording) but they are waiting until early part of 2014 before releasing that too
I'm hoping it goes to the top ten but I get the feeling both the single and album is going to be like One Touch, in having a lot of success with the reviews and critics but not as much commercial success
