EA Sports Season Pass?

I've had fifa 13 since launch but i have a few questions about the season pass
If i bought it now, would i still get all 24 Premium Gold Packs?
Do packs count as Paid DLC meaning i'd get the 20% discount on them?
I'm thinking about getting some other EA Sports game particularly NHL and maybe MADDEN after christmas so i'm thinking in terms of the ultimate teams across all games it might be worth it as long as all the content is still available

Buy an indie game instead.
