You'd have to define your 'swearing' boundaries.

I think Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf? (1966) was the first American film to feature a fairly liberal use of words accepted as 'swearing' (several bastards, bloodys and buggers), as opposed to just mild 'cussing' of the damn and blast variety. 'One or two' instances of those had been accepted in British films for quite a while though.

The films Ulysses and I'll Never Forget What's'isname (both 1967) are contenders for being the first film to use the word 'f***,' although the word 'f***ing' is clearly mouthed silently in the film Sink the Bismarck! (1960), MASH, released in 1970 used the "F" word
and the title character says it in the cartoon Bosko's Picture Show (1933).

It says it 824 times, on an average of 8 times per minute, lol.

There's a list of films with the most uses of the F word on Wikipedia, just search for "List of films that most frequently use the word "f*ck""

(i can't link to it, as the link itself features the F word and it breaks the link when DS censors it).

    There's a film called **** where the f-word is used over 800 times!

There's apparently a foreign film where the f and c-words are used literally constantly.
