Tom has supposedly said that he is in the episode.

He supposedly confirmed it in a recent interview though all I've seen is a tweet from someone saying so, the Interview itself doesn't seem to be public yet.

The Radio Times have apparently stitched up THE Colin Baker by pretending comments made in jest were serious.

But the way it reads, yeah it certainly seems like Tom is in the 50th. http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2013-11-12/doctor-whos-colin-baker-peter-capaldi-is-a-grown-up-not-like-these-12-year-olds-weve-had-lately

An animated statue or painting is my guess.

Body double with a bit of CGI work to put a younger version of the actor's face over the double's?

Tom might not even be playing Four, if he's in it at all.

A side effect of the moment was splinters and shards being shattered through time. This had the effect of knocking the fourth Doctor out of his own timeline and wiping his memory.. With no knowledge of the time Lords he seems himself as a retired scientific adviser. He has to be restored to his timeline so his regeneration happens because if it doesn't...

Something similar could affect all the previous Doctors, it would neatly explain their ageing, and would also explain why Colin and others have denied playing 'the Doctor' in the 50th...

All previous existing Doctors (actors) could have been in the episode as new recordings as they look now even if only as a cameo with a very simple explanation of there current aged appearance.

The Doctors past time line could get stuck\infected in some way possibly due to the Time War or some new event and each incarnation age as if human as a form of decay. The past Doctors appearing as the actors look now in the episode could be just a single cameo scene shown to him by the Zygons or something to show the current Doctor\s what is happening to him and will kill him to if something is not fixed.

All previous Doctors as the existing actors look now in any such similar situation like above would not detract from the episode\story and would not be seen as a gimmick as it would only be a cameo appearance and would satisfy all. Guess we will know for sure in just over 13 hours!.

At the celebration yesterday Peter Davison had a placard that suggested
5 old Doctors will not be in it

Tom Baker interviewed at the Excel this morning on the Graham Norton radio show said he isn't, unless there's old footage put in he doesn't know about.
He did say he was available for palm reading and laying on of hands while he was at the Excel though.

I'm now starting to think that some if not all past Doctors may be in it in other roles - like the cameos in An Adventure In Space And Time.

Moff is a tricksy fellow - he's repeatedly said that the Classic Doctors aren't in it. He's said nothing about the actors that played them...

He does a very good stab at a unique voice to be fair. Better than some of his other impressions.
