I've picked my winners, the ones I've left blank I don't really care for. I really hope Sheridan Smith wins for Mrs Biggs.

The major omission for me is Benedict Cumberbatch, he was outstanding in Parade's End and should be there instead of Toby Jones, do not get the The Girl love at all.

Glad to see Last Tango in Halifax get recognised, brilliant performances from all those nominated.

The only two I really care about winning are, Rebecca Hall for Best Actress (she was phenomenal, it's a tough category but she deserves it) and Parade's End for Best Miniseries (best drama in years.)

So glad Harry Lloyd got nominated! He's such a great actor and has been so underrated.

Hope he wins. He was great in The Fear.

Nominations: Sheridan Smith x 2, Hugh Bonneville x 2 and Olivia Colman x 2. Fingers crossed, I love them all.

Couldn't agree more. I have never seen a better performance from BC and didn't bother to watch The Girl because imho Toby Jones was WRONG in so many ways.

Really pleased to see Accused up for quite a few, thought it was a phenomenal series.

Completely agree about Benedict Cumberbatch. It's bonkers he wasn't nominated. Parades End was a fantastic drama. I do hope Rebecca Hall wins her category as she was both infuriating and brilliant as Sylvia.
Really hope the fantastic Olivia Coleman does well too.

Abso bloody lutely. Olivia Colman was astonishing.

Jimmy McGovern is a complete master.

The nominations look much better than last year.

Surely Peter Capaldi must win for the Thick of It?

Accused was the drama highlight of the year and any of the leading actors (apart from John Bishop) were worthy of a nomination. Anne-Marie Duff was especially unfortunate to miss out.

I see there is no nomination for Benedict Cumberbatch. He was outstanding in Parade's End, and should have been nominated in the 'Leading Actor' category imho.

I've become more convinced over the past few years that someone on the BaFTA board doesn't like him.

All the best to Rebecca Hall though, and I hope Parade's End wins too.

For all those comiserating about Benedict Cumberbatch, he was won far more prestigious awards.

Remember he won The Sun's sexiest man of the year last year :) Who needs a BAFTA? :):):):)
