I believe where available they use Talk Talk's LLU Network.
Moneysavingexpert has warned potential new customers that Primus seem to have some Customer Service issues, it's certainly low cost though.
We were receiving a lot of reports of customer service problems with Primus. Though things seem to have improved over the last two weeks, but we are still monitoring the situation
