Hi chaps,
I am in the process of getting a decent sound upgrade for my TV. I mainly watch films via a portable HDD which I stick in the TV USB.
I used to have a sound bar, but found it limited. My question is this - is it possible to purchase a surround sound system, including Blu Ray player, that I can plug my HDD into directly, so that the picture is processed by the TV, and the sound is processed by the surround sound rather than the TV?
All advice is appreciated!

or

£230 or £260 give or take a few quid depending on which player is used.
Will blow any all in one system for similar money into the weeds. I cannot recommend any all in one system (those with combined disk player and amp) as I do not rate any of them over a proper separates system.
