    I'm tempted to complain.

This is actually when I started watching Pointless, I was behind most of the denizens of this thread.

I wonder if Kat & Gemma played any part in me becoming addicted?

It's been reported on here that Pointless celebrities is returning later this summer. Radio 1 DJs Scott Mills and Gemma Cairney, England footballing legend Sir Geoff Hurst, and comedy duo Brendan O'Carroll and Christopher Biggins are among the stars signed up for the latest run.

Chefs Antony Worrall Thompson and Jean Christophe Novelli and former boxing champion Joe Calzaghe will also take part in the series.

Personally, I can't stand celebrity editions.

I wonder if the reason they skipped some episodes yesterday was to line up a jackpot win with the return of the new Pointlesses?

Thought Bggins had been on already. Although wasn't another celeb given a second bash at it? Cannot wait to see Mrs Brown on there. Would love it if he went on as Mrs Brown. Can imagine the laughs that would get.

Offiah was on twice I think. I suppose there's no reason they can't re-use them.

Richard's wearing trousers for the first time today?
Ohhh Richard. I much prefer you without.
(But that's just between the two of us. :o)

Ed Byrne was on the Comic Relief Special and referred to his previous appearance on the show - so we have had celebs have a second unconnected appearance (kinda like all the couples on the 500th episode).

Is it wrong that like CJ on Eggheads, I know more about American history and politics than I do British? I mean, don't get me wrong I can name majority of monarchs and PM's but seem to do much better when it comes to American stuff.

Take that round of biggest cities in US States, I got 12 out of 12 before anyone else watching with me had a chance to even read the cities.

New celeb episode at 5:45pm today! It's a sitcom special.

Also, looking at Digiguide, it looks like series 9 will resume on 2nd September.
