Sky Sports Swappable, some of picture missing

I've signed up to the Sky Sports Orange swappable and the full width of the picture isn't displayed. The picture cuts off about halfway through the Sky Sports on screen graphic.
I'm using a Galaxy S2. Does anyone else have this problem? I've tried setting the media player to full screen, but that just stretches the picture and doesn't show any more (everyone just looks a bit fatter
) It's as if it's being broadcast in 4:3 instead of 16:9?

It's not an app. You just click on a link in the browser to the relevant channel and it opens in the media player.
I guess it must be a problem at their end then. I tweeted 'Orange helpers'. They are looking into it.
