Kill Bill vol 1 & Kill Bill vol 2.

This is the first time I've seen either film but as I enjoyed the first, I decided to watch the other straight afterwards. I thought they were great films with great characters. I didn't mind the violence as it was pretty integral to the story. 9/10

Friends with Benefits which was on tv last night. I thought it was a really enjoyable Rom com, the two leads bounced off each other well and made it one if the better Rom com's I've seen in recent years. 8/10

Prisoners - 7/10. Would of been a great TV series, rather than a movie. Sometimes it felt like it went on for too long with no real story development.

The girl with the dragon Tattoo.

Meh. It was OK. Just ok. It felt a bit bland, a bit dull at times. I didn't really know what to expect as I hadn't read the book but I just expected a bit more oomph. 5/10.

The Heat [2013] - Sandra Bullock/Melissa McCarthy - Whilst not my favourite movie of either actress, still had its moments of genius. B+

    Just watched Insidious.

I quite liked it. Some of the acting could have been a bit more convincing. I liked the aspects of astral travel. All in a all, a decent scare film. 7/10

    Just a great movie

    Precious 8/10
Certainly darker then I thought. The incest threw me but it was a well acted and interesting film to watch.

    Schindler's List 10/10
One of Spielberg's best works. Had me crying at the end

Solaris (2002) - Very creepy & atmospheric. Admittedly slow in parts, but it's not supposed to be guts out all action anyway.

    7/10.

Just finished watching 'The Call' with Halle Berry and Abigail Breslin. Absolutely loved it, best film i've watched in a while.

If you like thrillers or suspense films then you should check it out.

It's hilairious. Ben Wheatly is fast becoming one of my fave directors.

    Contagion - 7/10

Really great plot and acting, and thinking about it happening in real life is what makes it good. But it was all a bit boring. Not as exciting as I was led to believe from reviews.
