This would be more interesting if people had to say whether they were over or under weight.

Most of you say you eat very little - is this truthful?

Been a weird day today, jsut been grazing all day.

I don't do breakfast really so I had half a jacket spud for lunch with bean salad.
Then a salad and coleslaw sandwich.
And several pieces of toast sicne then (I only eat wholemeal bread, but it is a cheap loaf so probably mostly junk!).

I agree - I only weigh 57kg and have a BMI of about 20 but seem to eat loads more than everyone else.

I think people are leaving out their snacks...

A bowl of Kellogs Just Right with full cream Cravendale.

    A falafel wrap.

3 Jacobs cream crackers (2 with double Gloucester cheese and Branston pickle, 1 smeared with a little Gentlemen's Relish)

Wild rabbit pie with green beans and onion gravy.

I've reached my target weight and am not sure whether this was a good day or a bad day.

I was at a coffee morning today and filled my paper plate and then got to the end of the table and there was this mahoosive cake cut up. I swear it was about 15 cm high and looked amazing. I thought fark it and plonked a slice right on top of my other food on my plate and sat down, My work friends looked at my plate and went Aye!!! (Im always throwing half my lunch in the bin coz im so fussy, if that section of ham doesn't look right im not eating it) Im not really over weight I have a bit of a belly and could do well with losing prob about a stone/half stone but Cake is my kryptonite. I said to my friend E that I better eat this big cake first so I don't look like a greedy barsteward :D

Shappy - I can't speak for anyone else but I don't leave out snacks. I don't snack between meals so everything I write on this thread is literally everything I've eaten :)

    Breakfast: Special K cereal bar

    Lunch: sushi

Dinner: will be a takeaway pizza, chips and garlic dip. Might have to crack open the chocolate or ice cream as well, seeing as it's treat day :p
