  well i guess the thing you need to find out is if skype can only be installed from google play.

  John Lewis are doing the Versus 10 inch tablet.
  This is a good low price but good spec Android tablet.
  Skype runs beautifully on it.

  You have not said whether you want a 7 inch or larger device either, as a 7inch could be lower cost. Your probably looking around the £70 - £90 price then.
