Hi all,
Hope someone can answer this for me, i've been looking online but cant find a proper answer. Basicly i have an old 60gb ps3 which suffered the ylod a while back, did the heatgun fix which worked for a while but i knew that probably wouldnt last and sure enough a few hours later it died again (was plenty of time to backup though so that was ok).
I now work at a company who design and build various pcb's/custom systems etc and very handy for me, they have a proper reflow oven. Now i would like to use this to hopefully fix my fat ps3 but cannot find a proper answer to what temperature or times should be used (profile).
Does anyone have any links or info on what the temperature profile should be?
Thanks in advance.
