To name some.....Epic Movie, Disaster Movie, Meet the Spartans, Date Movie, all three Transformers films, 10,000 BC, Avengers (totally overrated), Terminator Salvation.
If you're talking about big studio movies, there was a Lindsay Lohan horror vehicle called I Know Who Killed Me that would be the worst one I've seen, so far as I can recall anyway.
Was the plot of that film done for a bet ?
Norbit takes some beating, am a wrong to have laughed a few times though?
I don't really keep up with 'modern' movies, but one I did have the misfortune to suffer a few months back (thanks OH) was 'Sky Captain And The World Of Tomorrow'. I just couldn't believe how badly done it was in all respects for a 'proper' film. That was at least until Angelina Jolie showed up and things got entertainingly campy for a while.
Seriously . I would say its jim careys best film performance.
One of his best, I'd agree. Just not what people expected with the darker elements of the film, I think. Off the back of Ace Ventura people probably just wanted to see him gurning like a cretin and talking through his arse.
There's different tiers I think because some movies I watched expecting something good, and some such as The Room and Birdemic I watched knowing they were going to be inept and laughable. Of the ones that should have been good the worst I've seen are:
Tea With Mussolini
Panic Room
Anna & The King
Reign of Fire
Of the MST3K/Rifftrax/so bad its good genre the one that always sticks in my head as absolutely lousy is:
The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies.
You could barely call it a movie. Structurally it was all over the place. It's almost as if nobody involved had ever even seen a movie before.
Puppet Master: Axis Of Evil is appalling too - they didn't even get the years that WWII took place correct and the puppets were barely used.
Titanic 2 is the worst Asylum movie I've seen. Didn't even have a cheesy sense of fun about it. Their Sherlock Holmes rip-off was good though.
Its a toss up between Big Momma's house and Transformers 3.
I think Transformers probably edges it as I was stupid enough to pay to see it at the cinema. Felt like someone was shouting "You're a MORON!!!" at me for nearly three hours and hated myself for weeks afterwards for having watched it. Thats the last penny Bay ever gets outta me.

If ever a franchise desperately needs a reboot it's Transformers. Bay just bludgeoned it to death from the start.

The Anchorman ( I just don't get the hype around it)
Dan in real life ( Love Steve Carell but such a dreary movie)
Get him to the Greek (what was that)
Your highness (its like Year One without a script a budget and talent)
Oh god, I forgot about this one.
Ghosts Of Girlfriends Past
2012

Wait until you see 'Atlantic Rim'
I fancy watching The Incredibly Strange Creatures e.t.c... since i've got every MST3K episode ever made on my NAS drive ..
All I can say is good luck! Even with the riffing its a slog to get through.
I'll check out 'Atlantic Rim'.
I've seen it before on MST, but I can't remember a lot about it - but then I suppose you do tend to block out traumatic events
