The whole show was geared up for merlin to reach his full potential and he never did

Yes he did, on the battlefield of Camlann when he left the Crystal Cave in his full on Emrys mode. That was the point of that scene. It was Merlin taking on his "legendary" role.

You never see one without the other I just call them both andndec

Moley, so you will know in future: they always stand in name order, so Ant is always on the left and Dec is always on the right. So as you 'read' them, they are 'Ant and Dec'.

    Simples ;)

I got 9/10 which doesn't surprise me in the slightest :) I got Question Eight wrong, I thought European Financial Assistance had to be the "right" answer!

It is the right answer

That was the best question I thought. It is truly in the national psyche to applaud when someone drops something loudly in a public place. We are shits, really, aren't we? :D

    Oh yes :)

No, I don't understand the Greek question either. And since you must have got it right Cadiva, please explain the Albert Hall question. Hitler's testicle?

I know which is Ant and which is Dec because I grew up watching them on SMTV:Live, they were a staple part of my childhood! Really, they're still PJ and Duncan to me as I first knew them through Byker Grove...and okay, I liked Let's Get Ready to Rumble. :o

And I say toodlepip and tata but only to people I know well. :D

Considering how much they hated the chainmail and how uncomfortable it was its a bit sadistic they made them wear it all the time when it was completely unnecessary
That's why, if he gets his spin off I'd make him wear it all day and night! :D

Indeedy, as Sminty says, the war song refers to Hitler's ball being in the Albert Hall :)

Can't believe there's so many of you that don't know the Greek one! It's a Pulp song 'Common People' The first line is "She came from Greece, she had a thirst for knowledge"

    I'm also surprised more people don't know the Hitler song, we used to sing it in the playground :p as;
Hitler, has only got one ball
The other, is in the Albert Hall
    His brother, the silly bugger
Cut it off when he was small
I know which is Ant and which is Dec because I grew up watching them on SMTV:Live, they were a staple part of my childhood!
Me too! :D I loved SMTV:Live. Do you remember 'Chums' and 'Cat the Dog'? :D

So I was right? They did age Merlin in order to make him look more like the Merlin I'd expect to see at Camlann :)

Shame they didn't think to age the rest of the cast as well because all of them looked too young to be anywhere near the place from where I was sitting :)

Tbh I'd have been much happier if Arthur had looked more like Theoden and Morgana looked more like Lilly Munster... I'd have certainly found it more believable :)
