Have you looked into your phone settings? Not all phones have this function so if yours doesn't I think if you contact your service provider they may be able to block the caller :)

Use the menu on your phone to set the ring tone for this unwanted caller to silent. Or create a group of callers that doesn't cause the phone to ring.
    Its all in your manual.

They will change your phone number free of charge.

    Only once though.

Highlight the number from your call log.

    Options
    -Reject list.

When a blocked number calls it'll ring once then cut off. You'll also see the missed call.

Texts can also be blocked in a similar way.
