I've been in a queue for an hour on 202 number - it's my upgrade day :( should I give up? Do they even work Saturdays?

    No exaggerations 1hr 10 minutes now. It's free from my mob on speaker phone. I tried this morning @ 8.30 but gave up after 30 minutes. I can't hang up now - I'm at the point of no return.

    I thought o2 had good customer service?:confused:

    I was in a queue for about 45 mins on their live help once and that was for an upgrade. You would think they would be keen to help when you want to give them money!

    My workmate said he couldn't get through to them either the other day on that line.

    When ever I have called o2, I have always been answered and had my problem solved within 5mins max.
