I was interested in this based on the title (BBC3 had a good series on young religious people dating previously), but based on what I've seen so far it's just terrible. The individuals seem such irritatingly vapid, shallow people. It's like the cast were brought in from some American reality show full of cliched cheerleaders and jocks. That teacher with the glasses seemed to be completely ostracised from the group based on how he looked.
Middle aged women calling middle aged men 'boys' is weird...
And these people have all the personality of a toaster.
Ha ha, that's a brilliant way to describe it. Just caught it on iplayer and wow....there was not one personality between them. Fair play to them that they seemed to be enjoying themselves without drinking etc but that's not a party I think I'd be joining in with!
I also kinda thought their reactions to meeting someone were pretty extreme. They were saying stuff about how they talked for about half an hour as if we're supposed to nod and go 'yeah, that must be the one'. All very odd.

Far too clean cut for my liking, they scare me a bit.

They didn't allow black people to be ordained into the LDS priesthood until 1978. I was surprised to learn Gladys Knight became a Mormon.
