    Hello, my friend I had green tea in morning after sometimes I eat porridge. In lunch I eat Salad and whole wheat pasta with herbs. In dinner time I eat tuna and red capsicum.     For brekkie I had a piece of cake and cuppa, mushrooms and broccoli with white sauce for lunch and now I'm having a piece of chocolate cake with cuppa again. For dinner, i'll be having gnocchi and hot chocolate afterwards. I think roger_lloyd is a spammer, and needs to be put on a diet. :D

    Breakfast - 1 piece of toast, bowl of cinnamon malties with a banana and sultanas.

    Lunch - Ham, Cheese and tomato roll. Bag of Walkers lights. Low fat Mandarin yoghurt. Apple & Orange. Can of diet coke.

    Dinner - Bowl of my wifes tomato, sweetcorn and cumin soup. Two white rolls with Gloucester sausage and Dijon mustard.

    Dinner: went to a Turkish restaurant and had shared a mixed platter of falafel, borak, houmous, olives, bread, 2 types of vulgar wheat salad, selection of dips and a vegetable stew thing

    Cherries in a syrup with cinnamon ice cream for dessert

    Snack: Carte D'or Signature Tarte aux Pommes Ice Cream

    Two bags of Walker's prawn cocktail crisps, (I used to prefer Sainsbury's until they dulled the flavour) two Sainsbury's mint ice cream cones and a glass of Lidl's cheap cola.
