Now that Astra 2B is broadcasting, does anyone know any of the the transponder numbers or can point me in the direction of a website that can give me them cos I sure as hell can't find them.

I've heard ITV and some German channels are on there at the moment.

You can find a list of astra 2b transponders
    http://www.lyngsat.com/astra2b.shtml
But no ITV or German tv.

I've looked on Lyngesat, it seems nothng is broadcasting on the satellite and no FEC or anything is given so I don't know if the frequencies given are 2/3 or 27500 or 2200 or anything and I can't be bothered finding out.

While we're on this subject, I had a look at http://www.lyngsat.com/astra2a.shtml as well - is transponder 30 (12.285 V) really not used by anyone? Why?

Some transponders frequencies on 2A were swapped to 2B frequencies or turned off while they were being used. Once the migration from 1D and 2A to 2B has happend, I would imagine that all 40 transponder frequencies will be available accross the two satellites.

Astra 2B is NOT broadcasting yet. It is not due to go into service until at least the middle of next week.
