Does anyone know if this is going to shown in the UK (I love Matthew Perry). If not, any safe downloads? I've already Googled it and not come up with anything.

It hasn't been picked up in the UK (yet), and since it hasn't even started in the US, nobody can download it right now.
In The Sun today it said it would be shown in the UK later this year (when talking about Courtney Cox's cameo) so hopefully we will get to watch the series

I would love to see their source on that, I haven't seen any word of a UK Broadcaster picking it up.
I'd like to see it too, Perry's a funny guy and I like the premise a lot.
I just finished watching the season finale (I discovered this show LATE!) and I have to say that this is a terrific TV program!
The ensemble is wonderful together. I'm glad that Mathew Perry's character embraced the group instead of resenting them or resenting even being there (that's not a spoiler. It's established very early on). The show is very funny, quirky and even sad sometimes. There's still no word if NBC is going to renew it for a 2nd season. I really hope they do. It's one of the best new TV comedies of the year.
It will most likely scrape a second season. NBC already has The Office and 30 Rock disappearing from its comedy block this season, and then Up All Night, The New Normal, 1600 Penn and Guys With Kids are all certain to be canned as well.
Whitney and Go On will almost certainly get further seasons.

The New Normal may survive yet.
Go on, Grew on me. he cast is likable and the episodes are enjoyable.
The New Normal has improved of late, but it's more than likely too little, too late. It's still performing worse than Go On, Whitney and Community. Granted it's doing better than 1600 Penn and Guys with Kids though. Depends on how many NBC want to cancel I guess, but my money would be on Go On being safe for next season either way.

There's no way on earth they'd cancel Parenthood, along with Parks & Recreation it's one of their best remaining comedies once The Office and 30 Rock depart.
I think the only way Go On's in trouble is if NBC decide to reduce their comedy block, but given their woes in recent years, the comedy block is really the only thing that they've had that's semi-worked. They'll be reluctant to move away from that yet, even given the success of Revolution and Chicago Fire this season.

I really liked it too. The central premise just isn't built for a long-running series, but it's a good set of characters, all well-played (Matthew Perry's weapons-grade charm in full effect), and I liked how it got broader and dafter as the series went on. Its ratings ought to scrape it a season 2, but it might suffer from NBC politics... fingers crossed!

I just realised that this show reminded me a lot of, 'Dear John'.
It has that 'group of misfits' thing going on that 'Dear John' had.

I may have read it wrong but that's why I searced for a thread on it to try and find where it was being shown
Matthew Perry is my fave 'friends' star....both he and Courtney Cox will be fab when they get together on this soon!!!

It's just right for E4. Hope ITV2 don't get it, that will be the death knell.
This article puts its odd at 50/50

They reckon Mathew Perry might save Go On.

We just need Lauren to ask 'Any sexual problems?'
