Get rid of Topic Torch on Internet Explorer?

Does anybody know how to get rid of the topic torch bar that appear everytime you go on any social networking site? I can't figure it out at all!

Yontoo is a nasty example of malware disguised as a helpful toolbar and usually bundled with something else which is why it's always good policy to read installation options.
