    Do you just want gay people to vote? I'm not gay but would have voted for Dusty but I don't want to skew your results. :)

    Also, were you aware gayspy is a slang term, and not a nice one, for a certain gaming server?

    Well I am straight so can't comment from that standpoint but my favourite from the above would be Dusty by a country mile - fantastic singer :cool:

    Has to be Dusty for me too. But you have missed quite a few off. Judy Garland and Marc Almond for starters.

    I think what they mean by Gay Icon is not someone who is gay themselves but has an affinity with the gay community.

    I voted for Kylie as I think in the present day she is probably the most revered amongst many gay people. Madonna would probably come a close second, and is probably bigger worldwide, but I think Kylie holds more affection in the UK at least.

    not really a gay icon but loved by the gays and admired/respescted by the whole industry

    I do find that she appeals to everyone though, her concerts draw in an extremely varied range of people.

    I went for Kylie, Cher and Madonna are well "weg vom Fenster" now and Britney was never there.
