This is pretty low even for her. She has been through money problems herself and yet wants to advertise payday loans. I'm sure I've seen David Dickinson advertising a similar product.

This reminds me of millionairess Carol Voldemort advertising for loan firm First Plus.

Borrow £300, pay back £3,000. No matter how desperate I got, I would NEVER, EVER go anywhere near those type of loan companies. Kerry has sunk to a new low. She knows what it's like to be flat broke and unlike her, anyone who goes near these companies won't be able to sell their souls to magazines to pay their debts.

I used to think Kerry was harmless and felt sorry for her for living such a car crash life but encouraging desperate people to have anything to do with these companies is below the belt. I love how they call it "cash ladys" and try and make it look glamorous. It won't be a "lady" who comes calling when the first astronomical interest bill is due ;)

She is scraping the barrel for work now, her"career" such as it was is over.

What makes me sigh is how the company is clearly aiming it's loans at women, probably mothers who are struggling to make ends meet. A bit like the bingo companies who target their ads at women to try and capture the bored at home mums who spend all day on bingo websites.

BIB - but even when she was bankrupt, she still had her house and it's not like she was scraping pennies together to feed the children - try living in the real world and see what skint actually means to real people!

Katona forgets these people can't just have yet another catastrophe in their lives and sell it to the highest trash mag bidder

She's a disgrace and just when you think she can't sink any lower, she finds this....

A really cheap, low thing to do considering the ads are praying on people already struggling, shes been there you'd think she would not want to be affiliated with the company but guess the cheque was a big fat one!

Agreed. Think Kerry would do anything for the money! Don't think there should be any promotion around pay day loans. Just shows how low Kerry will stoop now days!

Katona's endorsment of Loansharks-R-Us is like asking a modern George Best/Ollie Reid to advertise Whisky

O/T - Krusty The Clown-style unethical advertising from Chefy bloke Gregg Wallace: The following's a quote from a recent [vengeful?] interview with his most recent ex-girlfriend:
" Size ten Cara said the slimmed-down foodie — who became a WeightWatchers ambassador after losing two stone himself — closely monitored her waistline, telling her: “You look too big, you’ve put more weight on.”

He also CRITICISED her dress sense and ORDERED her to look “expensive”.

Cara, 27, who split with 48-year-old Gregg in November after five months together, told The Sun: “Gregg said he couldn’t be with me if I was big.

“He said, ‘I like you, I really want to be with you, but if you’re big I can’t be with you. It’s just not me.’
    Gregg sounds charming

"C'mon girls, get into debt. It's fine".

That's why mums go to loan sharks.

It's quite horrible really when she's trying to use her celebrity status to exploit those poor people who she knows are her fans and getting paid for it.

It's dog eat dog really and these 'Vermin Loans' know it.
Katona needs cash so will happily offer her services as much as a lot of her fans need cash too, especially so soon after Christmas. It makes you wonder what Katona will do after this though

Great post - I agree with all you say.

She really is nasty and still doesn't know what shame is even though it's slapped her in the face many times.
