Oh for god's sake...:mad: MOFFAT! If this is true, why are you making me lose faith in you more and more now?
Terrible decision on both parts....Matt will not be the focus of the 50th now regardless of the plot. If this is true, David and Billie will just become the focus of the media's attention even if some other previous Doctor's are back too....:(

Please be an early April Fools joke, please.....
...I love this. You want a multi-doctor special, yet when we get news, you whine that Matt is being left out in the cold about it.
Predictable as ever fanboys. Get a life like the rest of us.
I wonder which Rose it will be? End Of Time Rose? Series 1 Rose? Series 2 Rose? Turn Left Rose? or post-Journey's End Rose?
Like JohnnyForget, I'm not keen on any of them, but it it's the latter, I would at least be interested to see her with her brother Tony, who would be about seven-years-old by now.
If this is true then its the best who news ever If its not then Cameron will be in deep doo doo. lets wait til the magazine comes out, but it is on the official Tennant twitter, so hopefully its happening.
Even Moffat knows multi-Doc isn't good without a great story. If the rest of the cast is under lock and key, however, it would be nice to hear of some Classic involvement.
Not keen on this idea at all, unless Chris Ecclestone and some other Doctors make a showing. I don't really fancy the idea of a modern multi-Doctor special personally.
I do think/hope we do get a multi Doctor story but I do also think one of the reasons Human-Doctor was created was so they have a way to bring him back later
Well, here's someone who is overjoyed at the news that the best Doctor ever is going to feature in the 50th. (That's the 10th btw, for those who think differently).
Best news I've had for ages, DW wise.:)
Couldn't be happier. Over the Moon.:)
Wonderful news, so exciting, so pleased about it.:)
Can't wait.:)
Is that enough happiness to cancel out all the miseries on here?
If not - :):):):):)
(Sadly, smileys are limited to 10 (appropriately enough) so you'll just have to imagine the rest).
That would be a plot complication too many IMO. Just have ten and rose pre doomsday, and all will be well. Eccleston is definitely not in the special, he was close to agreeing, but apparently pulled out, which is a shame.
the doctor could solve the mystery of Clara but realises it is too dangerous to know, he could try to use the memory worm to erase this knowledge but using a different type of memory worm accidentally brings back previous meeting with Clara throughout his life. a montage of cameos with previous doctors meeting Clara wouldn't overshadow an episode.
I don't watch Dr Who anymore, but I used to when it first returned, for me the only doctor and companion that made me watch every week was Billie and David! I got bored of Catherine (although I love her) and Freeya and Matt didnt appeal to me
IMO I think given the two who have been confirmed that does suggest its going to be alternate universe doctor with rose... If this is the case then I wonder if the explanation would be that the alternative universe still has timelords?

Piper back - not keen on that at all.

Anybody can return really it would all be good
Except Amy of course I'd sooner have Adric back full time than her back just once

I have NEVER wanted a multi-Doctor special to let you know. Don't assume and have a go at me. I think the idea of them is terrible and tacky.
Bringing back David and Billie is just a backwards step to me that will overshadow the actual star of the show which is Matt....
For me, Moffat is the right man to write the 50th but this decision if true is just a horrible one that should never have even been considered...

Excellently put.
Personally I'm dreading the return of David Tennant and Billie Piper:...
I think it will be.
