The Wild Bunch
Where Eagles Dare
Dirty Harry
The Hunt for Red October
Airplane ( no matter how many times I've seen it I always seem to spot a joke I'd missed previously!)
Aliens (both the first two are great but the sequel has amazing re-watchability)
Die Hard
Predator
Commando (guilty pleasure - it's so damn entertaining)
The Matrix
By no means the most challenging, worthy films ever made, but the most entertaining.

Funny Bones - The dream-like Blackpool setting probably helps.
All 14 of the Sherlock Holmes movies starring Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce. When I re-watch one, I always end up re-watching the lot.
Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World - I like it more with each re-watch.
2001: A Space Odyssey - I stopped reading science fiction a long time ago, but I keep re-watching this.
Out of Sight - Just a very classy film, with the leads on top form.
The Last of the Mohicans (1992) - Never gets dull.
