Surely most people are expressing (quite understandably) their concern / scorn over such a dramatic self-disfigurement made for no apparent good reason?
BTW they're discussing Gazza's alcoholism over on another thread - hadn't you better get over there and tell them to stop as it doesn't affect their own lives?:p
Don't know, are they calling Gazza a 'f***wit' or a 'dick' like some posters here are calling these two? Seriously, just don't understand all the insults... Ah well.
I wonder what the medical bill would be for having that lot taken off her face?
I even wonder whether it would be possible
I suspect from a purely practical standpoint, she'd have to have the work lasered off and then plastic surgery to clear up any scarring and skin disfiguration.

She'd end up even more disfigured than she is now if she had corrective surgery to remove the tattoo. I doubt if even the best quality camouflage make-up would cover that up but that's probably her best option. I feel sorry for her, even if she doesn't now, she is really going to regret having that done.

I suppose the only other way would be to do laser off small parts over time and let the skin heal naturally, or as naturally as is possible under the circumstances.
Maybe any subsequent corrective procedures would be more effective ?. I really don't know.
Either way, I suspect it'll cost much more money than she'll ever have.
He's done the same thing to another girl? Some other poor soul is walking round with his name emblazoned on her face?
Yes, he has done this exact same thing before to another girlfriend, and it looked equally bad.
He is also responsible for the face tattoo consisting of stars, that made the press a short while ago, again another very young impressionable girl.
To remove a full face tattoo would take a lot of laser surgery, and it would create white scars and patches where the removal had taken place.
This poor girl doesnt seem to have any tattoo previously, is now basically scarred for life. No self respecting tattoo artist would ever do this. None.
In fact no tattoo artist would ever tattoo a face without the person having several other tattoos across their body. That guy makes me sick, it is a form of abuse.

For most people that would be a lesson never to do it again, but he obviously likes the idea of his women being branded for life, even if they're no longer with him.
If she was a willing participant, or if she even suggested the idea in the first place, then it really isn't - although I accept we'll never really know until they break up.
And I think the chances of that are much higher than you'd probably get because the intensity level they've probably currently got between them is blinding them to the realities of day to day life together.
What if she's religious and he's an atheist ?. What if he's some kind of earth loving hippy who wipes his bum with his hand ?. When this "high" wears off, I think she's going to have a huge reality check and realise she's made a terrible mistake.
I feel sorry for anyone who feels an urge to that kind of thing to themselves. IMHO it goes way beyond enthusiasm for body art and crosses the line into something very worrying indeed.
It's a form of body modification and possibly an expression of body dysmorphic disorder. I don't know enough about it, but I find it disturbing that a pretty young woman has chosen to disfigure herself in such a way. I wonder if she knew her boyfriend had branded his former girlfriend in the same way before she had the tattoo done?
I suppose you have to also entertain the possibility that she is taking advantage of him. Think about it - art student who was already apparently in to tattoos who wants - according to her - "100% of her body tattooed".
She meets an infamous tattoo artist online who can help her with her "art" and seduces him.
As an 18 year old student, it's unlikely she'd ever be able to afford to get her whole body tattooed for many, many years so she goes for the "easy" option.
We're pre-judging her because of her age and because of what she's had done, but I guess you have to consider the opposite may also be true.

It also looks absolutely terrible.
This is not "ink", it is clearly part of an s/m style err lifestyle.
It is also the same guy to tattooed stars across that young girls face. He clearly gets a kick out of it.

Just what I was thinking.
Scary.
you should be embarrassed
This just didn't get the recognition it deserved, so I'll big it up

Is "Ruslan" Russian for "I am mental"?

There's more, according to the Metro
http://metro.co.uk/2013/02/04/tattoo-ly-in-love-woman-had-partners-name-inked-on-her-face-on-the-day-they-met-3381127/
Lesya, who has already taken Mr Toumaniantz’s name, met him in an online chatroom and the pair fell ‘head over heels in love
So maybe they actually knew each other for longer after meeting online and the tattoo had been long planned ?
This is her Facebook page apparently ..

As much as I have a personal dislike for tattoos in general, this is a very important point.
I want to know how this guy is allowed to continue working as a tattooist? It should be illegal. He's disgusting and a monster.
