I think it depends on the guests and upto now tonight i've enjoyed it as I like Whitehall, not heard much from Mars but seems like a nice guy and Olga is a feisty babe
Myself and another poster said on another thread that maybe it was time for C4 to dump Chatty Man and Ross could maybe get his mojo back with a more loose and casual show on C4.
Not likely under the current chief exec. Ross was supposed to join C4 after 'leaving' the BBC but then C4 got a new boss...
Vorderman is weird, she doesn't laugh, she holds a 'laughing expression' as if she thinks she's being photographed.
Yeah, I'm wondering if it's due to plastic surgery/botox?
And I've never seen Olga Kurylrenko being interviewed before, but she was totally different to how I expected her to be. She usually looks like she would be an arrogant ice queen, but she came over as being quite fun and feisty in real life.
This is the first show in a long while that I have really enjoyed, his questions of late have been terrible but tonight I didn't pick up on him asking any stupid, pointless questions like he sometimes does.
Has anyone heard the rumours that this series is the last for Jonathan Ross? They are supposedly keeping Jonathan Ross on but he will be hosting the film show as well as other programmes. However, the talk show will finish after this series. Saw an article about in the Star about them wanting to axe it, but then the episode order for this series went from 10 to 14. So Haven't heard if this series is definitely the final one for The Jonathan Ross chat show. Has anybody heard anything?
Just watched last nights offering and it was bloody excellent!
How has it taken so long for JR to hit his stride?
All the guests were great and there was no sodding about with pointless games.
If only every week could have been as good as this.

ITV was his last resort. I personally think he lost his mojo before Sachsgate.

I still think his guest list is second behind Norton but above Carr.
Nah it's real enough.
I wonder if Jonathan's people have stopped ringing Bowie's people daily yet. He must be gutted he couldn't get him on for the new album release.
Matt Smith, Ruth Jones, Ian McKellan, Charles Dance + 2, Stereophonics.
Would have liked to see Emilia Clarke
Nice voice/accent on her.

More chat, less games Jonathan. You are at your best when you are chatting, not showing off.
Maybe because it is a Germanic surname and the Germanic nations pronounce z as "ts"?
