What Michael Caine film is this ?

Hi all,
I remember watching a film in my childhood possibly about 11 / 12 years old, that starred Michael Caine & I have never been able to find the name of it. All what I remember about the film is that I think he was a photographer on an Island & there was a woman in the film who got her tits out a couple times, admittedly this is what originally kept my eyes glued to the screen, as at the time I was too young to understand the story.
. Another thing that I vaguely remember about the film, is that at the end he got onto a ship back home & the whole thing seemed like a dream to him.
I would really like to give this film a second viewing (not for the tits as I can get all the tits I want from google
), but for the actual story.

Of course first pair that I had ever seen on a film, second lot was when I was about 12 & saw Porky's for the first time.
