Anyone here got the number i called this one from the website 08700776655 & its a recorded message that just seems to go around in circles, i need to speak to a human being.

From past experiance the best way to get through to the right department at Vodafone is to call them up, select an option that sounds losely related to the problem you are having, (e.g. billing) then an option that sounds like it is going to get you through to a real person, explain the issue to them and get them to put you through to the right dept.
I had a problem with 'My Vodafone' a few weeks back and that was the only way I could contact the department I needed, the woman at their call centre even said it was an issue.
Btw this was the easiest number.

I'd be interested to hear exactly what you were pressing as although I must profess I haven't had to ring them recently the last time I did I was able to get through to someone.
They do have a reputation for bad CS that they're fixing (go and read their latest financial results) but this sounds very much like the exception than the rule.
