Video Alarm Detected?????
This message has just started appearing on some of my recordings (Sky Plus). It appears in a wide red banner across the screen. Anyone any ideas what this is and should I be concerned?

How long is it on the recording?
Is it exactly the same message on each recording?

Yes usually BUT the OP said recordings and that type of fault does not stay around for long on most major channels.
Perhaps it is recordings all from the same channel which has experienced technical difficulties over a length of time. It comes from the network side so there's little anyone but them can do about it. I guess we could contact the channel in question to notify them however I'm sure they already know?
Programmes - latest was a prog on Style Channel but is has occurred on an episode of Midsomer Murders (ITV)
Make and Model - Amstrad, A2PO802
How long on recording - just seconds and the recording does continue.
Exactly same message has appeared each time.
