Christopher Nolan to direct Interstellar
Everyone wondered what he would do after TDKR, now we know! Originally to be directed by Spielberg before he pulled out, Nolan will now direct sci-fi film Interstellar with the script written by his collaborator and brother Jonah.
Sounds very interesting to say the least!

The project involves time travel and alternate dimensions in a story that sees a group of explorers travel through a wormhole. The script is based on scientific theories developed by a Kip Thorne, a theoretical physicist, a gravitational physicist and astrophysicist at Caltech.
Sounds very interesting to say the least!

The plot looks great and they have a director Nolan. They just some writrers jonathan nolan, david goyer and need a cast to fit the story very well. Makes us all wonder who be great to cast in Interstellar.
Very true some of the actors who worked in his other films could end up playing roles in nterstellar. It be great to see different actors work with Nolan and give other actors to a chance to work for Nolan. There must be loads of actors and actresses who love a chance to be in a film directored By Christopher Nolan.
I don't mind if he uses the same actors. They are good actors. As long as Tom Hardy and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are in it I'm happy (also Bale, Cillian Murphy and Marion Cotillard can all appear in it as well )
Plus I felt TDKR was the first time I was watching a Nolan film and wondering whether he was on his game. It was a pretty lacklustre effort I thought.
I hope he goes back to making something fresh and snappy again.
Sorry, no, I don't understand the gist of this post.
Actors or actresses you like for their acting, some films they have been in haven't done well for them, you like to see them given a opportunity and chance to work with a great Director and be casted in a film thats right for them like Interstellar.
There were definitely some moments in TDKR that was very un-Nolany from sloppy editing, really obvious continuity errors to really poor exposition/dialogue.
It was a world away from the tightly plotted and pitch black Dark Knight but luckily the scale, acting, story and sheer ambitiousness of the film outweighed the poor for me.
For some reason even though it sounds like Interstellar will be full of big ideas I get the feeling it will be quite a small film.

Interestingly the main cast is noted as Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Bill Irwin, Ellen Burstyn and Michael Caine.
No mention of Matt Damon, Casey Affleck, John Lithgow, Topher Grace or Wes Bentley. I imagine they must have very small roles in the film.
Thanks. It'll probably leak on YouTube before then.
