So who on DS is a fellow rep owner?

What reps do you own and any pics for us to enjoy?

Here is my new Leo "Madge"

    I've got a California Kingsnake
unimaginatively called "Callie" but she came with the name and it suits her :P

I've always loved reptiles and used to catch slow worms, grass snakes, adders and common lizards when I was younger, before moving on to Garter snakes, Ribbon Snakes, Royal and Indian Pythons and a Green Iguana, but they had to be rehomed due to a family illness and I had a 20 year break from reptile keeping, but I restarted again in 2010 and currently have 6 snakes.

I'm restricting myself to species that don't get longer than 6 or 7 feet - although I might make an exception with a Boa Constrictor if I can't get a dwarf boa. Others on my wishlist are a Green Bush Rat Snake, Thai Red Mountain Bamboo Rat Snake and a female red Dione Rat Snake and one day I'd like a Desert Iguana, Electric Blue Gecko and ultimately a Monitor Lizard.

This is what I have at present.

Ares - an Anery Corn Snake

Cinder - a Chequred Garter Snake

Jasper - a Dione Rat Snake (also known as a Steppes Rat Snake)

Tyr - a Royal Python (although he's grown a bit since this pic and is now over 3.5ft long and over 1Kg in weight)
    Royal6.jpg

Shadow - a Mexican Black King Snake (my dustbin for uneaten food as he's a right pig)
    Shadow001.jpg

Freya - a Russian Rat Snake (not looking her best yet, as an adult she'll be black with hi-yellow banding and throat)

I used to have a pair of bearded dragons. One sadly died so I rehomed the other as I thought he was lonely

I'll post links to pictures at a later time, but between myself, my other half and my children we own:

    a few tropical fish
    a yellow bellied terrapin
    a hermanns tortoise
a pair of poison dart frogs
    a pair of bearded dragons
    a common boa
    a royal python
    a gargoyle gecko and
    4 different tarantulas

we are hoping to keep extending our collection too!
When we (eventually) move to a bigger house we want a tegu.

    we also want between us:
    water dragons
    crested gecko
    neon gecko
    leopard gecko
    horsefield tortoise
    axelotles
    more spiders
    more snakes
    bosc monitors
    skinks

we just can't yet as we are running out of room!

My other half has started to build all our tanks, it works out so much cheaper, and you can customise them very easily
