  As it's US only then dont get too excited just yet, there's no date set for Europe and if it performs anything like Onlive then it isnt going to do well.

  Quite a lot of European gamers have American accounts set up as well. If logging in under your American account from Europe would it be possible to use this service?

  Possibly, but you might be connected to USA based servers, which could hinder performance. I believe Gaikai do already have a London based data centre, so we should get a good service here when it eventually arrives.
