YouView won't record Kids shows?!?

Okay so I've had YiuVuew for a few mounths
One off the main problems my brother and sisters have is not being able to record Kids shows (Disney channel, nickelodeon etc)
They can record CBBC and that stuff that comes with the box, but not the shows that my parents are paying extra for
It's a real bummer because sometimes I like to watch something with them but I'm out half off the time so I never get to
Why won't it record Disney channel etc?
