Tagging, renaming and transffering MP3's

Currently I use Tagscanner to tag and rename MP3’s and Winamp to play them making extensive use of the Winamp Library. I’m at roughly 68GB of music. I now have a 64GB SD card so am going to copy 60GB of the files to that for music on the go. Currently I just plug my device into the PC and drag/drop the artists/albums I want. Whilst this is fine for 8GB I had, 60GB is a lot more time consuming to wade through. Couple this with the odd few albums/tracks not actually being tagged correctly and it could be a long old job.
I guess there are two things I need:
1. The easiest way to check / change tags on MP3’s
2. The easiest way to copy files in bulk without dragging/dropping each one.
Point 1 is currently time consuming as I have to use Winamp Library to find the discrepancies, then load the folder up in Tagscanner to put right/rename if need be. The library doesn’t then change on the fly, and requires constant reload of tracks to keep up to date with.
Point 2 is something as easy a program like Sony used to ship called Disc2Play, where you simply said which folders you wanted transferring and then left it to it.
All help much appreciated.
