I feel sorry for her, she doesn't realise how cringeworthy her antics are, and she has a mediocre voice. Trouble with the overs is, they won't appeal to the majority of voters who are young, and if they had anything special they wouldn't need to be on the show.

Yep. If I was at a hotel and she was the resident crooner, I'd want a refund. Holiday rep cabaret at best.
