    No, You can't play the uk national lottery from abroad if that's what you mean. As for playing other countries lotteries -no idea.

    If you win they will not pay out if there were to find out. One option is to use remote access software.

    It depends if they check the location your IP address, if they do, there are ways of getting round that, depends on how much effort you want to put into it.

    No. They even restrict what you can do if you use a mobile dongle in the UK.

    Yes you can you just need to use a UK based VPN.

    You must be in the UK when you log into the site and pay. So I would assume you can set it all up before you go away but you can't change it or log on whilst away.

    Yes, it depends what the OP means by "play". I'm not quite sure how one "plays" against a random number generator, but even if you can't easily change your bets while abroad it'll still be there for you to throw money at when you come back.

    The large prize is higher yes. Statistically the chances of winning it are much smaller then winning the jackpot on our normal lottery.
