Who is the most useless Bond character?

Been watching the 007 channel and seeing some of the films that I haven't seen for a while and just picked up on how useless some of them are.

Kara Milovy (The Living Daylights)
Mary Goodnight (The Man with the Golden Gun)
Basically everything they do turns out to be a total ****up.

A suppose you could count Sheriff J.W. Pepper but he's more there for comic relief.

Tiffany Case. My overriding memory of that movie is her being passed a gun by Bond, trying to shoot it and falling off the back of a boat.

Blofeld, let's face it, nothing he did ever went right and when he did die, it wasn't in blazing glory, it was being dropped down a chimney

Penelope Smallbone (played by Michaela Clavell) introduced as a replacement for Lois Maxwell as Miss Moneypenny in Octopussy.
However both Maxwell and Moore return in A View To A Kill. Ms Smallbone does not.

How she passed the CIA exam I'll never know, she was scared of hats.

Charles Gray's Blofeld, he was anything but sinister and reminded me of Danny La Rue.

Stacey Sutton - spends most of her screen time screaming James while hanging off of things (elevator shaft, big bridges)

Mary Goodnight - a quite insulting character, especially in the scene where she hides in a cupboard for hours while bond seduces another woman.

Bibi (for your eyes only) - only purpose seemed to be to flirt with Bond and try and seduce him, which was quite cringeworthy

Harsh on Christmas Jones, Denise Richards was awful, but the character did do some useful things...

Even Stacey Sutton helped with the plot.

That woman at the start of Goldeneye who was supposed to be "assessing" Bond was a bit usless, unless it was bedroom gymnastics she was assessing.

It was easily Rosie, the supposedly highly trained CIA sista, who Bond himself made quips about how useless she was. The character seemed to be there merely to allow Bond to be at his most chauvinistic!! :D

SPECTRE. The whole lot of them. If Robert Shaw's character was as ruthless towards Bond as he was to the other hapless operatives, Bond would have been dead long before the fight in the train carriage...where he was easily fooled by the belt with the gold coins.

Mind you that could apply to any of the baddies - including the latest one!!! :D

They weren't pointless at all. Christmas was the bond girl and ally, Bullion was a rat.
