The Saturdays need a new management team!

I've been a big fan of The Saturdays from the very beginning but I've really noticed the past few albums they have had out there's always the wrong songs released as singles and it seems that they release 2 or 3 singles before the album release, then once it's finally out no more singles are released from it. There are a good few songs on Headlines and On Your Radar that would have been great singles and a couple of amazing songs on Living For The Weekend (Not Giving Up and Lease My Love) that sadly might never be released! They need to get a better management team around them to start picking better material to put out and step up a gear as a band!

How does saying their album tracks are better than the singles they release equal to saying they're crap?
Headlines should've released Puppet as a single but I think they should've released more singles from "Wordshaker", Here Standing, One Shot and Wordshaker all deserved to be singles imo.
The Saturdays are renowned for releasing the wrong first song to launch their albums.
For example:
CHASING LIGHTS
Single 1: If this is love
Single 2: Up
Up killed it. Brilliant track and it put them on the map. If it wasn't for Up, they probably wouldn't be around now.
WORDSHAKER
Single 1: Forever is over
Single 2: Ego
Ego was huge and I think, it is still their biggest seller. Could be wrong though. But Forever is over is a love hate track - and stuck out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of the album. And it still remains their strangest single choice. I personally liked it though!
HEADLINES
Single 1: Missing You
Single 2: Higher
Another wrong lead single. Missing you was just too bland. Higher was a classic Saturdays track. But once again it was subject to release after the album launch which hampered sales of both the single itself - and the album.
ON YOUR RADAR
Single 1: Notorious
Single 2: All Fired Up
Once again!!! Wrong lead single!! Notorious was probably the worst track on 'On Your radar' so how on earth that got chosen as the lead I will never know. All Fired Up is classed as one of The Sats best tracks but the album campaign was off to a rocky start after Notorious.
They kinda got it right with Living For The Weekend - minus the Sean Paul addition for the UK (which just ruined the track). But I do have to wonder why Gentleman was released when really they should have thrown Not Giving Up out, as I think we could have been looking at a strong album position had that have been a lead single too.
So yeah, that's my thoughts! They've always chosen the wrong lead single!
And don't even start me on their amazing B Sides!! Haha.
On Your Radar was a good album but again they released the wrong singles from it (apart from All Fired Up). Their attempt to crack the US was also messed up. They released the wrong song as their debut (Higher ft Flo Rida should have been their US debut) and it was all centered around a reality TV show rather than the music.
- Releasing If This Is Love as their debut single when it's nowhere near one of their best songs from the Chasing Lights album.
- Releasing their second album two months after the last single from the previous album peaked.
- Releasing Forever Is Over when it was nothing like the rest of the album and there were tons better choices.
- Choosing not to release another single from Wordshaker even though Ego went top ten and was a big hit.
- Choosing Missing You as a single from the next album when Higher was screaming out for a release.
- Releasing Notorious on air/on sale when practically no one else was doing it and promoting it four weeks after it got released.
- Releasing My Heart Takes Over when again, it was one of the weakest on the album.
- Not doing album signings for On Your Radar even though they had successful ones for their previous ones.
- Not giving the album a price cut to boost sales over Christmas.
- Not releasing another On Your Radar single to promote the tour/boost sales.
- Spending months filming a reality show for America instead of promoting music.
- When the song is at #102 on American iTunes after one TV performance, book the flights back to the UK and watch the song plummet.
- Release Gentleman even though Not Giving Up has recieved huge praise all year.
Plus all the other minor things.
As bad as they are and i think they are. They must be doing something right. I mean most thought they would have disbanded by now. Fact they are still together shows they know something.
Chasing Lights: Up -> Work -> Why Me, Why Now -> Fall -> Set Me Off
Album would have been released after Work and the Comic Relief single would never have happened
Wordshaker: Ego -> Lose Control (tie in with St Trinian's 2 release) -> One Shot
Album would have been released after Ego. Image change would never have happened
Headlines: Higher -> Puppet -> Karma
Would not have been a brand new EP; it would have been a re-release of Wordshaker with a bonus disc with new songs a la Lady Gaga's The Fame Monster
On Your Radar: All Fired Up -> Faster -> Last Call -> Get Ready, Get Set -> White Lies
Album would have been released after All Fired Up and a mini-album of all their previous singles would have been released alongside it for the benefit of casual and new fans
US launch: Higher ft Flo Rida -> motown version of Why Me, Why Now (performed on 2009 Work Tour)... (rest would depend on success of these two songs)
Reality show would not have happened, they would have promoted their music more over there and the singles collection released alongside OYR would have also been released
Living For The Weekend: Gentleman -> Not Giving Up -> Lease My Love... (don't know the rest yet)
Album would have been released after Not Giving Up. 30 Days and Disco Love would have remained as album tracks. I would have kept the original title of The Chase.
Chasing Lights: 1. If This Is Love 2. Up (but a more shared vocal version, it's very Una and Vanessa which puts me off the song) 3. Chasing Lights (the mtv version) 4. Work 5. Issues
Wordshaker: 1. Wordshaker 2. Here Standing 3. Forever Is Over 4. One Shot
Headlines: 1. Missing You 2. Ego 3. Puppet
On Your Radar: 1. All Fired Up 2. Notorious 3. My Heart Takes Over 4. 30 Days (We all know it belonged on this album )
Living For The Weekend: 1. What About Us 2. Not Giving Up 3. Lease My Love 4. Problem With Love 5. Gentleman
The Saturdays are managed by their record label, Fascination.
Gentleman might not have been a top 10, but it showed they aren't afraid to try something different
Wordshaker - 1. Ego 2. One Shot 3. Here Standing 4. Lose Control
Headlines EP - 1. Higher 2. Puppet 3. Missing You
On Your Radar - 1. All Fired Up 2. Faster 3. Get Ready Get Set 4. Do What You Want With Me
Living For the Weekend - 1. What About Us 2. Not Giving Up 3. Lease My Love 4. Somebody Else's Life
As a Saturdays fan I'm just glad they've got such a loyal and devoted management. They've given us four albums in the last five years (+ Headlines). How many other girl groups make it to their fourth album?
Girls Aloud and Sugababes in all their different incarnations did (GA had five and two GH albums and Sugababes had 7 plus a Singles Collection), but I can't think of any others.
Yet, they are still getting top ten singles. I wouldn't say this is a failure.
